Brick Red - OOTD
Summer is coming to a close and surprisingly enough, August has passed by extremely fast. With weekend trips to the cottage, back to Montreal and in and around town, this had been quite a busy time. Work has been a non stop machine taking a lot out of me these days, but I am learning and growing in a professional but also personal manner. I'm learning a lot more about my limits and what I'm good at which, doesn't exactly correlate with what I am doing at the moment. But life is all about trying different things. In the meantime, please excuse my philosophical outlook on my life and let’s get into the outfit.
This green top was an absolute favourite of the summer. Bought at the beginning of July, I love the green with the light blue collar and the crochet like detail throughout the shirt. This makes it so much more unique and practical during those sun blazing days. While it is not the cheapest tee it is also not the most conventional, making it money well spent in my book.
This pair of jean shorts by UNIF is borderline cheeky but gives you just enough bum coverage. Love the distressed detail and colour.
While everyone has had a Vans moment this summer, I thought I would do it a little differently and get the navy blue version. I find it gives every outfit a nice change from your regular black Vans and I really have been enjoying trying to pair them with a variety of looks.
