What Lies Beneath - OOTD
January has started on a good foot and it feels really nice to be more in control of what I want to do with my time, who I want to surround myself with and where I want to be as a person. That being said, here is an outfit that I took with my friend, Terrie back when I was in Montreal last November. A little darker in location and intensity, I think this outfit is very reflective and profound, showcasing a different visualization on the generic OOTD.
While it is not winter appropriate, the mild weather in Toronto is actually quite the perfect temperature for this tri-colour coat. Paired with a thick scarf and pockets, this combination makes up for the fact that the coat is open, featuring no buttons or zippers.
This reversible scarf has been in my possession for 2 years and is still quite the go-to piece when I want to be bundled up. Perfect for travelling, this scarf isn't only versatile for fashion but also doubles as a blanket, keeping warm on long hauls by plane or train.

Walking shots are the best shots.
I think these sunglasses was one of my favourite pieces that I invested in last year. The black lenses with that gold trim, make this a special and timeless accessory in my opinion. The fact that it was limited edition makes it even more unique.
I hope you enjoyed this OOTD and its tone, and please stay tuned to future posts where there is plenty more to come.
